Meet the sweetest chocolate lab in Dallas - Liberty Belle, or Libby for short. Brought home on the Fourth of July, a patriotic name was only too fitting! Libby is actually 12 years old, but you would never guess it as she is so full of love and energy – I could still see some puppy in her eyes. Libby’s photo shoot was a Father’s Day gift for her Dad. They have been best friends for 12 years… a fantastic pair
Sadly, Libby recently tore her ACL and the vet says that surgery is not the answer for this sweet gal. Libby’s family loves her so much and they are doing everything they can to keep Libby young at heart!

This is a great tribute to a great family pet. I love shots 2, 4, 6, 10 & 11. Gosh — they are all good. I know these photos will be treasured for years to come. They made me think of my long ago, long-time pet chow. Wish I had even one good photo of him!

What wonderful photos! I’m sure they’ll be so cherished by her family. Especially when her time comes. My favorite shot is number 10. I love the look in her eyes.
