It really doesn’t get better than the weather this time of year and for Dallas – spring has definitely sprung. Blue skies, cool breezes, new flowers, green grass, and sunshine!

I snapped this photo on a trip to the Dallas Arboretum with my family. If you are in the Dallas area you must check out their Spring Blooms. Hope everyone has a great weekend outdoors!!

I am so lucky because I get to live right next door to them. They are huge fans of Willie and love to play soccer with him. A few weeks ago we loaded up and headed to the Dallas Arboretum for a morning of play and photos. I am super happy with the way their photo session turned out because I really do feel like it captures their loving, silly, and happy personalities.

That’s Mallory in the blue and Macy in the purple. So beautiful!

I snapped this photos on a recent trip to The Dallas Arboretum in November, I love the colors and it makes me hopeful for the New Year and the arrival of Spring. I am lucky enough to live in a city that doesn’t have much of a winter, however this Thursday the high is only 30 degrees and it is BIG news! Sorry all you guys up North, but just give me a call in the summer when we hit 110!!

By the way – I’ve named this little guy charlie… my nephew insists that every animal no matter how big or small they may be actually has a name. So I am constantly naming bugs and critters, birds and frogs . I’ve actually become very good at it to tell you the truth.

Yes… it’s my beautiful niece, Ansley. I was lucky enough to have a mini photo shoot with her at the Dallas Arboretum while my family was in town for a quick visit. Ansley will be two in September – always talking and giggling. Such a beauty!

That’s my sister, Michele, tossing Ansley up into the air – what a great mom.

I couldn’t resist posting this one! It’s hard to see, but Ansley is trying to give her pacifier to the baby deer statue… too cute!
