The Odd yet Adorable Couple

I could help but giggle when Bailey and Rooney came bursting out the front door to greet me for their photo shoot. It never ceases to amaze me how dogs are just full of love for everyone and everything around them. Bailey, a West Highland Terrier, measures in at an astounding 12″ tall, while Rooney, a lovable Labradoodle, is a modest 36″!! Bailey can walk right under Rooney and he wouldn’t even notice. However, they are inseperable – best buds. I’m sure you can figure out who’s the goofball of the pair… Rooney. While Bailey was a very sophisticated little lady!

The Armstrong Family

The Armstrong family is a dream come true – a real life Brady bunch – but with pups not kiddos. A beautiful ranch – him with 4 pups and her with two are now one big happy family! Oh, and did I mention a cat who thinks he’s a dog?? There’s Ethal – the terrier, and the oldest of the bunch. Dolly, Oldie, and Scardy Cat – all Blue Heelers. Louis Vuitton – a toy terrier. Prada – a Cocker Spaniel/Lhasa Apso mix. And last but not least Leroy – the orange cat.

With the best weather in weeks, and an increadible backdrop we had so much fun just playing. It was too cute how all of the “kiddos” got along despite their different sizes and personalities. With this many models this will also be a two part post :)

Oliver & Owen

Now, I know I love pugs and I know I love beagles… so when I heard about Oliver & Owen who are puggles I was so excited to meet them. Oliver & Owen are actually brothers – their parents only set out to get one puppy, but when they saw these two they couldn’t choose just one… I don’t blame them! Even though they look alike they have personalities of their own. Owen is on the left and Oliver on the right – they are both full of love, kisses, and tail wags. They also have a sister cat named Chloe, who is the queen of the upstairs. She’s pretty shy but we were able to get a few photos of her as well.Oliver & Owen 01-aOliver & Owen 07Oliver & Owen 06-a

Owen had just learned how to “roll-over” so he was proud to show the whole family his trick!

Fall Photos = FUN

Blue Mutt Photography paired up with Camp Bow Wow of Dallas to set up a Halloween/Fall photo shoot and raise money for pups in need at the same time. We had some great costumes and some great smiles. I love my job! Let me know which one is your favorite :)
